Write It & Release It - 30 Day Challenge

CL Landreth

Consider writing down your negative thought and moving on from them.

“By means of personal experimentation and observation, we can discover certain simple and universal truths. The mind moves the body, and the body follows the mind. Logically then, negative thought patterns harm not only the mind but also the body. What we actually do builds up to affect the subconscious mind and in turn affects the conscious mind and all reactions.” ― H.E. Davey, Japanese Yoga: The Way of Dynamic Meditation

I have a thought I am going to try and test over the next 30 days beginning tomorrow and wanted to invite anyone interested to join me.

I have a notebook I am going to use only for recording any negative thought which crosses my mind. I won't share or vocalize the thought. Merely, record it and move on. At end of the 30 days I will take a moment and review my notes and see if any thought I had recorded would have been better off vocalized.

My theory is it will not. I believe instead I will feel a sense of relief that I didn't share those thought's. Additionally, I believe my mind will hold a greater sense of peace and awareness.

Please comment below if you intend to join the challenge.
